I took delivery of a new MD702 last week

I have attempted to set up EPB by going

EPB -> European -> Volvo -> Select Vehicle By Read VIN

and

EPB -> European -> Volvo -> Select Vehicle By Enter VIN

Either method does not read transmission type so, after using the Enter VIN method, I selected transmission AW55-50/51 SN manually then selected Finish and got the following dialogue:-

Failed to open Autel_0004.tab

Similarly, I have attempted to set up Scan by going

Scan -> European -> Volvo -> Select Vehicle By Enter VIN

but in this case I created a vehicle record OK and Scan produced the following records:-

1 Transmission Control Module (TCM)
2 Supplemental Restraint System (SRS)

but nothing on engine or ABS. If I try to select either 1 or 2 above I get

Diagnostic System Initializing… Please Wait!

flashed on the screen and then it returns to options 1 and 2.

Perhaps as a separate issue, but it may be associated with the above, I have installed onto Windows 7 Update V6.31. It downloaded SystemProg V4.30, V4.40 and V4.50.

Version 4.30 installs OK but versions 4.40 and 4.50 give a Status of Install Failed and there are no Installed Programs (see attachment).

It seems that SystemProg is the only Update. Is this correct?

Can anyone assist please?
